Howdy, I'm Kelsey! On a typical day you can find me in my kitchen developing recipes, meal prepping, or hiking through a local park. Family and friends would describe me as an adventurous foodie who loves helping others. My passion in life is to help others improve their health and wellness through wholesome food and mindfulness. I love incorporating nutrient dense foods to create delicious meals my family will truly enjoy. Gathering around a table to enjoy tasty food, surrounded by those you love, while sharing stories and laughs, is the best way to end the day!
I provide wholesome recipes made with clean ingredients that will help optimize your body and mind. My aim is to provide you with as much information about the right foods to fuel your body so that you can nourish yourself and family with ease. You deserve to feel incredible, look better, and find your peak performance to live a balanced life! I'm here to provide you with the tools you need to help create the lifestyle you have been fighting for.
Within this space you will find recipes, meal plans, nutritional tips and tricks, and more specific nutritional services that I offer. Though, some of the recipes follow certain dietary restrictions (gluten free, Paleo, or vegetarian) no strict "diet" is followed as I believe that a healthy life is created through a lifestyle change (no "diets" are necessary when you choose to eat clean and healthy). Clean eating is a lifestyle, not a diet!

A little about me...
My husband and I live in Madison, WI. We love the outdoors and to stay active. Some of our favorite things are CrossFit, camping, hiking, biking, eating, and spending time with our puppy, Ember. Family is very important to me and I also love spending quality time with my close friends. In addition, to creating new recipes and testing out the latest restaurants here in town, I spend a lot of my time investing in people. Whether it's a simple phone conversation, coffee date, help with yard work, or cheering on a friend at a race, I love extending my skills and passions with family and friends.
A little about what I believe...
A healthy, balanced life starts with the very nutrition we put into our bodies. Fueling your body and mind, from the inside out, with the right nutrients will improve your mood, energy level, and stamina. As a result you will soon see the impact it has on your day to day performance. I believe strong bodies are built from the inside out!
Coming from a girl who eats dates (the dried fruit, not the social or romantic appointment) like candy and whose favorite room is her kitchen, I hope to inspire you to find that little spark within you to create delicious and nutritious meals for yourself or family. I am here to help design meal plans specific to your needs and/or answer your cooking/baking questions in order to reach your goals.
