BROWNIE PROTEIN BITES

~ makes 22 small balls

- ½ cup coconut flour

- ½ cup + 1 TBSP old fashioned oats (gluten-free if desired)

- ½ cup unsweetened, flaked coconut

- 1 serving protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 servings collagen peptides (or an additional scoop of protein powder)

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- ½ cup pure honey

- ¼ cup + 1 TBSP nut butter (almond or peanut)

- ¼ teaspoon sea salt

     Add all ingredients to a large food processor or mixing bowl. Process or mix everything together until it is well combined. Using a rounded tablespoon or 1 TBSP size cookie scoop, to get the approximate amount of dough, form rounded balls in your hands. Place on a cookie sheet and then transfer the sheet to the freezer to harden the balls for 30 minutes. Store the brownie protein bites in the freezer of refrigerator.
