Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

~serves 1, Paleo, vegan, gluten free & dairy free

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

- ½ cup plus 2 TBSPs of unsweetened almond milk (vanilla or original)

- ¼ cup pure pumpkin puree

- ¾ teaspoon vanilla

- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon

- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 medium banana (I prefer to use frozen banana chunks for a creamier shake)

- 5 ice cubes

    Place all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until a uniform shake forms.
