- 2 (5 oz) salmon fillets

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 2 TBSPs balsamic vinegar

- 1 TBSP honey

- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard

- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

- ½ teaspoon sea salt

     Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper, then coat with non-stick spray. In a small, microwave-safe bowl combine the seasonings, balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard. Stir and microwave on high for 30 seconds; then stir and then microwave for an additional 30 seconds.

     Place the salmon (skin side down) on the aluminum foil and then brush liberally with the balsamic honey glaze. Bake for 10 minutes and then brush again with the glaze and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. The fish should flake easily with a fork when fully cooked.
