~ serves 1, gluten and dairy-free

- 1 ½ cup of unsweetened coconut or almond milk

- 1-2 teaspoons spirulina

- 1 TBSP flaxseed meal

- 1 TBSP chia seeds

- ½ cup frozen blueberries or raspberries

- 1 large handful of spinach or kale

- ½ of a frozen banana (peel and cut bananas in half prior to freezing, store in ziplock bag)

- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

- 3-5 ice cubes

     Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You can prepare this the night before as well; just stir or shake everything in the morning prior to drinking.
