Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

~ serves 1; gluten-free option, dairy-free, vegan

- ½ cup old fashioned oats

- ¼ cup raisins

- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (regular milk or soy milk will work also)

- ½ cup water

- ½ teaspoon vanilla

- 1 banana

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

     Mix the oats, raisins, milk, water and vanilla together in a large cereal bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. Stir the oats and then add the cinnamon and ½ the banana and stir all together again. Cook for one additional minutes. Top with the remainder of the banana and enjoy!

*Note: if you like thicker oatmeal only add ¼ cup of water.
